Learn Behind an Actual Bar From our Qualified Instructors


Our classroom is an actual bar! Our qualified instructors will thoroughly explain each lesson. Students will then get behind the bar and prepare each and every drink. The class is divided between 80% practice and 20% lecture time.

Class time also includes role playing and simulated happy hours to work on the student's speed and efficiency. Students and Graduates also have the option of using our classroom for practice at no additional cost.

Our 40 hour Professional Mixology course consists of ten 4-hour lessons. Each lesson is an independent module that can be taken in any order after the first class and orientation. We now offer morning, afternoon, night and weekend classes to fit any schedule.

In addition, we have the option of tailoring a flexible schedule using any combination of day, everning, weekend or special times to fit any students situation.

Our day class runs Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and is one week in length.

Classes start every week.

Our Night Class is held Monday through Friday 6:00pm to 10:00pm and is two weeks in length.

Classes start every week.

Our weekend Class is held every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Class duration is 2 1/2 weeks in length and Start Monthly


The student may take any combination of day or evening or weekend classes until they complete the ten,4-hour lessons required to graduate.

The classes may be taken in any order after the first day.

The school recognizes that adults have lives and commitments that may prevent them from attending one of our standard schedules. Regardless of your personal situation, if you want to attend our school and will make the effort to get here, we will work out a schedule for you. If you are in need of a special schedule, we will work one out for you during your personal interview with our enrollment director.
